On June 30th we will be holding our annual meeting at the Elks Lodge located at 10 McCoy Rd in Eastham. We will be having a cookout starting at 6pm at the outdoor pavilion. There will be hamburgers and hot dogs along with potato and pasta salad etc. The Lodge will also be providing some games such as Corn Hole etc. so we can socialize prior to the meeting and get to know other members. There are picnic tables on site but feel free to bring a chair if you wish.
The business meeting that will start at approximately 7pm. We have some reports and news to share and one proposed by-law change to consider before conducting the election of Officers and Directors. As we did last year we will not be accepting nominations from the floor during the meeting. It should be an informative meeting which offers some insights on the direction of the club for now and for the future.
If you want to attend but have not sent in an RSVP, don’t worry. Please come and join us. There should be plenty of food.
Lastly, because it is the annual meeting we will need to check in members so please bring your current membership card to show at the check in table.
