We will be hosting our annual meeting on Thursday June 22nd at the Elks Club at 10 McCoy Rd in Eastham. They have an excellent outdoor facility to have a cookout and enjoy the outdoors. We will be cooking up hamburgers and hot dogs as well as other traditional picnic fare. There will be games such as cornhole and horse shoes. The cookout will start at 6pm and the meeting will start at 7 pm.
We will be having our election of officers as well as updates on several projects ongoing at the club to move us into the modern age and make the club better for all. I will be forwarding the meeting agenda soon.

Last year’s annual meeting and cookout was great success and I look forward to being able to meet outside, share a meal and socialize prior to the business of the night.
